Burning smell when used

My old 2 speed Waring blender model dl202 smells like it is burning when I use it. Should I oil it? If so, how and where? Thantk,

No need to oil it. The carbon brush maybe sparking already it is located inside the motor. It is due to damaged Armature or overloaded motor.
