Bush MPK8099BUK MP3 player, loaded songs onto it in Mp3 format but it only displays the songs in one long list. "No file" under Artist or Album
I have a Bush MPK8099BUK MP3 player. I have loaded songs onto it in Mp3 format but it only displays the songs in one long list. The songs are loaded in folders with artist and album labels but when I go to Artist it says "No file", I go to album and it says "No file". I found the albums in Other Dir but when I play the music it does not list the Artist or Album - it says Unknown Artist & Unknown Album - how do I get all the data under the album and artist lists?
