Buttons no longer work--power and OSD menu buttons don't work
They worked the first couple weeks after I bought the monitor, but now the buttons on the side (like the OSD menu and power buttons) do not do anything when I press them. Any ideas? The monitor works fine other than this.

Unplug it and plug it back in. Worked for me!
I had the same problem. In frustration after trying everything else as I couldn't shut the monitor off, I shut the computer down, unplugged the power to all, and left it until this morning (12 hours). Now it works, so it must reset itself. I am waiting for feedback from their support as well but imagine they will tell me the same, good luck.
