Hi I'm looking to buy a pre-made box with subs in it and saw the Rockford ones. Are these good or at least decent? Would it be a good buy for $300 for the whole system (sub and amp) together?

Also, I have a new car ( 09 Camry) and I don't want to tear up or buy a new head unit. Can I just use the original and connect it all?
