Hi and welcome to FixYa,
- plugging the unit into another outlet;
- use an AVR similar to those used by desktop computers;
- use a power strip with filtering;
- relocate any other electronic devices or the KIT100 itself. Some devices emit RFI (radio frequency interference) that affects its operation. This can include PSUs of most electronic devices including the TV, wireless phones, lamp dimmers, electronic ballasts of lamps and others;
- replace the RCA to RCA cables with low loss high shield variety.
Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.
Based on your fault description for a product of KEF, I would suggest that you request for replacement or repair by an authorized service center. KEF products are well engineered and this is an anomaly. Should you like to venture a DIY (do-it-yourself), then the unit has to be opened up and diagnosis center on either the power supply circuitry (filter capacitors & regulators) and/or the Dolby circuitry.
Temporary workarounds that could be tried may include:
Hi again,
Any updates or developments so far?
There might be a problem in the rubber belt placed inside the player, it must be loose and its due to its slipping that there is this buzzing sound. check that

YOU WANT ANYTHING TO ASK ME ANY DOUT.PLEASE CLARIFY IT..
WHEN TURNED ON
THEN SEE THE incoming voltage with voltmeter
Check all connections.
Try leaving the system unplugged for ten minutes.
If you still get the buzzing there may be an internal fault.
