I'm not sure what you mean by "lop". When you removed the card, was the unit on or off? If the unit was on, the card could possibly be corrupted. Did you reinstall the card, and it's still bad? Try the factory reset. Here it is in a FixYa answer: Best Solution posted on Apr 28, 2010

While still connected to shore power, with batteries fully charged, turn on C80 navigation system. If the loading screen comes on and does not reset, then try holding down the button immediately to the right of the red power button for at least 3 seconds to see if the system re-boots.
