I read your Duraband thread. Those models were for 2007, not 2008. That company you are providing is nothing more than a third party service company.

The bottom line is Wal-Mart wasn't standing by the product they sold and has several complaints listed for it on Ripoffreport.com as well as other complaint websites.

There is plenty of research out there to support it as well as the fact that 1800customerservice was ripping people off as well.
