Report "c and it is about 3 or 4 years old. I hear water sloshing around all the time when it runs. The water runs down into my window sill because there is no water spigot in the design to drain the water. But, the water is not evaporating - it makes a lot of noise. There is also some rust on the back side on the frame and fins"
