C fan cuts out completely when on high fan AND recirculate
2006 GMC Yukon 4x4 (not the Denali) A/C fan cuts out completely at specific times. I have a digital display with automatic ability. The fan works properly when I have it set to A/C with any fan setting (even high). However when I have it set to high fan AND then turn on "recirculate" the fan cuts out entirely after a few seconds of working. There is absolutely no air flow for about 5 seconds then the fan comes back on with lots of speed and cuts out after a few seconds again. This will happen over and over again. The digital display does not change from its initial settings, the engine light does not come on nor do any other lights come on or go off. I have also found this same problem with defrost on high fan. HELP!

Replay the blower resistor. Used to be you could replace the relay, but they are built into the resistor now. Should be under the passenger side dash. Usually behind the blower. There will be four to six small wires going to it and two big wires coming from it going to the blower motor.
