I changed the orifice tube and the drier all so the HI pressure hose and now the Low side is reading at 50lbs at 2000RPM and the HI is at 275LBS and I have very little cold air compressor is running ANY HELP OR IDEA OF WHATS WRONG THANKYOU ALL BILL W....

275 is low for 50 . Change the compressor. Also flush the lines out. You should also replace the dryer and expansion valve again. Just a note. Your system hand handle 400. You just don't want it that high.
Two things pop immediately to mind...
but before even going there... be VERY CAREFUL 275 pounds seems terribly high for an '89... If something cuts loose at that pressure you best have all your helmets, flak jackets, gloves, glasses & cups on... (I'm just saying).
Pressure line should be hot and suction line should be cool... coming back to the compressor.. Yes...??
Lets get to the two things on my mind:
1. Malfunctioning Heater-A/C baffles cause lotsa grief.
2. Drier: Desiccant saturation by exposure to atmospheric moistures... replace or attempt recovery by pulling & holding a SERIOUS vacuum before re-charging your system.
ELSE: Ice crystals will form at the "ORIFACE" and PROFOUNDLY AFFECT PERFORMANCE...
PLEASE Note.
Pulling & holding a 29 vacuum also certifies your main compressor seal (ergo... refrigerant & lubricant will remain intact)... Any trace of OIL BUILD-UP on the front of the COMPRESSOR (or inside the hood in alignment with your compressor pulley) should be addressed... oil level checked & augmented (only as needed)).
Hope this helps

V-Nice... Sounds like you got it surrounded!
Good progress & Thanx for sharing (be cool).
Hi Denton8 well after replacing the condenser and charging the A/C sill did not get cold air even though the compressor was running hardly any cold air coming out of the vents so after spending $80 on a condenser that I didn't need I found out what the problem was turns out it was the compressor after all I found out on line that if you have a (high) low side and a (low) high side then the compressor is bad so if I still have the car by next summer then I will spend the $200 for a new compressor and put that in then maybe I'll have A/C in my car anyway thankyou for
all your help Bill W...
