c is delayed in coming on. What is the problem?
The heater and A/C functions does not function right away. The display is blank, but during driving it blinks and eventually comes on and functions normally.

Hi Mike, Sounds to me as if there may be a poor connection somewhere in the unit or the cables plugging into it. Regards John
