C is on and much louder. Car also seems to be bogged down with AC is on. Driving without AC is normal without noticeable humming noise. This car is killing me slowly with each new problem. I have had to replace parts left and right for the last year

Could be a faulty ac clutch or compressor. A mechanic can listen for the noise and tell if it is coming from the compressor or not.
