C is on the fan shuts off between cycles how
When heat is on the fan never shuts off until just before the heat cycle starts...cools the house off rather quickly therefore heat runs more..when the A/C is on the fan shuts off between cycles how can i get the fan to not blow all the time when the heat is on..or is this normal?

The heat runs the blower until the heating elements cool to a specific level, to get all the heat out of them. The switch wears out and or sticks (called a Limit Switch). if you have a handyman he may be able to lube it w/electronic lube spray but it may beworn out. $30 part, plus service call.
