c water drain tube on 1999 plymouth grand voyager supposed to drain on ground instead drains on drivers side floorboard where is the hose or tube that is clogged located (under hood or somewhere else) I CAN'T FIND IT!

They can be kind of hard to find but are located down quite low on the engine side of the fire wall at the passenger side, Look for a small short open ended rubber hose [although sometimes the hose is missing] and you'll usually find it's plugged with bugs or crud. A puff of compressed air is usually all it takes to clear the hose. Even I have a tough time finding them sometimes!
