Cabrio washer WTW6500WW1 Stopped working in the middle of a spin cycle. Now I can plug it in and press power, everything lights up, but none of the controls work. If you spin the dial it will stay lit where it initially was no matter what setting you turn to. I THINK it sounds like the interface is bad?

Assume its still full of clothes and water?if you take the drain pipe from the wall and hold to ground all water will drain out(youll need a bowl/bucket)it may then allow reset but more likely something is blocking the pump,if theres a hatch at front after draining open (machine unpluged)see if you can turn the pump with your fingers if in doubt ring engineer but if u are ok then pump may have to be disconected from big pipe to remove a blockage,machine will reset when done
