The Caller Id worked fine when I had conventional phone service, but as soon as I switched to ATT U-verse Phone Service, which I believe is a VOIP type service, the Olympia Caller ID Globe stopped showing the incoming phone number. The one built into the phone itself works, but not the globe. Is there something I can do or am I just out of luck?
