When i call or recieve calls the person i am talking to and myself can not hear anything i can not hear them talk and they can not hear me talk. Earlier today it was working and now it just stopped working. When i put my phone's headset in i can hear and they can hear me. 
I just bought this phone so if anyone has a solution please let me know asap  thank you
