Camera comes on but only blue screen
I cannot get a picture or the menu to come up. I cannot take pictures. The camera will not tun off, the battery door must be opened then shut to get it to turn off.

Check the battery for wear-out, try cleaning the battery contact terminals to remove any moisture/oxidation, etc
