Can anyone tell me why the ABS light comes on when I reach 70mph in my 2006 Ford Focus Zetec but disappears once I restart my engine? And would it be anything to do with recently having the passenger side wheel bearing fitted? I don't know if the problem persisted beforehand as I have just purchased the car

A dirty or clogged ABS wheel sensor located on the same wheel as bearing replaced. This can be confirmed with a diagnostics check...try a small shop to save money before the dealer for this...Maybe under $100. to replace including the diagnostic...Hope this helps.
