I have bought a Leappad Ultra for my daughter off of a buy sell website and didn't know much about them then other than my daughter would love it. Little did i know it has a parent code or what have you, for the wifi connection, and basically general function of connecting it to the computer, and being able to access all functions. I do not have their details anymore so i'm stumped at what i can do. Is there some kind of big reset i can do to it to get back to the start up screen to make it think its a new product? I feel like i've wasted money spent now.
