I did find a youtube video suggesting putting Android on the Mozart works, but searching all the appropriate forums I did not find any info about this being currently feasible.

I know the HD2 (also a Windows Mobile HTC phone) does run Android and there is no reason why the Mozart should not at some point except if it has very different hardware not found in any Android phones.
Not unless you root the phone and get a cracked version of android. This will invalidate the warranty, is complicated and not advisable, if you want android I suggest you buy an android HTC handset.
