Can i drive the vehicle after i replace the 2 tie rod end on a 1993 chevrolet G30 van?
When i remove the tie rod end i counted the turn and i also counted the turn when i replace the new one will the aligment be off much by me doing it like that?

I would suggest you get an alignment done. Due to different brands of tie rod ends , the threading may not be identical. If you carefully drive the car down a quiet street, you will soon find out if the alignment is out. The car will pull to one side or the other. If it drives straight, there may still be a problem with the camber angle which will eventually chew out your tyres.
It will be ok to drive but it would have put the geometry out on the steering which will cause tyre wear.
