I would not recommend you to try & fix this yourself. Microwave ovens can hold a very high electrical charge even when unplugged which makes them dangerous to work on if you are not qualified to to so. The door latch will need to be adjusted from inside the unit & then must be tested to ensure there is no microwave leakage from the door seal to ensure it is safe to use. Take the oven to a recommended repair service centre.
