Can I reformat ONLY ONE of the 2 partition on my Transcend StoreJet 25 M3 USB3.0 EHD ?
There are 2 partitions (NTFS) on the EHD, both used for backing up my Notebook PC. I want to reformat only one of the 2 partitions, so that I can preserve the backups on other partition. Can I do that ?

Absolutely yes. You can do that in Disk Management or in AOMEI Partition Assistant. There should be an option like "Format..." when you right click the partition you want to format.
