You can reset the ECU by removing the car battery......leave the battery disconnected for one hour .....keep the brake pedal pressed for 5 min to discharge any residual electricity.
Do press in the brake when I first disconnect the battery? Do I disconnect both termanals? Is there any way to check my ecu and see if its bad and needs replaced with out any special tools?
