Use long nose pliers if some of the keys is sticking out of the barrel while touching the remote end to the piece in the ignition. It doesn't always work because it depends on how much is sticking out of the ignition It's very fidily and a pain to do but if you can get it to touch while using the pliers to turn it'll start, otherwise you'll need to get a lock smith to come around with a new key and reprogram it. It cost around $200/$250
