I wouldn't recommend it. I've just had a look at the Asus site: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us ...and it would seem that the drivers for your model only go up to XP. Unless you've got at least 1mb RAM -and preferably 2- I wouldn't try it anyway...you'll spend too much time just waiting around for the computer.
IF you have 1+Mb of RAM, and IF you want to chance your arm with some generic driverpacks that may or may not work, and IF you have the time and knowledge to get back to where you currently are with XP if it all goes horribly wrong, then you may find a Google search for "Windows Tiny7 Rev01" rewarding.

Well sorry to say but you can't upgrade your OS to window 7, your notebook is not capable for window 7 due to low hardware configuration....... Please post comments if you need more help or information.......
