Can make first call and park it but cannot call second number. I have to push 9 to get the first number out. Do not have to do that on our phone
I purchased a Nortel Audio Conferncing Unit and cannot get the second call made. If I don't dial 9 first it rings a real fast busy signal. If I do dial 9 first then it does nothing. I have to dial 9 to get the first call out and park it. We do not have to dial 9 on our phone system to get a call out.
