It is not likely that you would damage any windows or structure of the car. It is not however impossible. Just very unlikely. The biggest issue I think you will find is that if you are running a lot of bass, most of the nuts and bolts can loosten over time from the vibration. One tmie I was sitting at a light. I heard a strange sound. like sheet metal being whipped back and forth. I looked up and saw this guy in a Vega. Looked like he had four 18" subs in there. The sound I was hearing was the quite visible sheet metal on the roof of the car coming up and down like a guitar string. This car had fairly long windows on iether side. All were intact.
