You can usually reset by finding the TINY reset hole button. You'll need a paperclip or something to hit it, but if you hold that for about 5 seconds, it should reset. Some routers are different though, so you should check your manual for that, and for the default password after you set it. First make sure your computer is set to get IP settings automatically
then:
locate the command prompt (start->all programs->accessories) & type in the command ipconfig then hit enter
look for the value of default gateway - that's your router IP address
