I have no experience of wireless printing yet but I expect the principle of linking is the same as with a wireless router.
The printer must first be installed into the computer printer menu and then switched on, when it should appear in the list of available wireless networks (I am guessing a bit) and it should just be a matter of entering the printer PIN details to finalise the connection.
I expect the Windows help section will be able to provide further information about the process along with the printer instruction manual and the HP website.
Newer printers use wps to connect to other devices. Open up your WiFi on your laptop, it should show your printer. It will have an address of 10.0.0.1 or close. Push the wps button on your printer. Your printer will give a couple minutes to connect your laptop. Connect laptop by clicking on connect in available printers.

I assume you mean you can't print wirelessly?
