Can someone help? My Gateway built-in webcam will not work
My built-in Gateway webcam stopped working all of a sudden about 6 months ago. I was told to look for the hardware on my laptop, but its nowhere to be found. I tried installing the software off the website, but when I did, it said that it couldn't be found. I also tried factory resetting my laptop, but that didn't work. The model of my laptop is NE56R Gateway. Please help.

If you did a factory reset ,and i wont work stll ,then you have a hardware failure
and is either a loose connection or a bad webcam that needs to be replaced ,cheap on ebay ,but then gain to be honest ,could be a lot things including a motheboard component ,
