Not having seen a Sylvania netbook, here's the general prodedure: First, find where the memory is. Normally there is a little door under the computer that has one or two screws. Once you remove that, the memory sticks can be seen. There are two clips, one on each side of the memory stick. You push them outward and the memory stick pops up. You pull it out. Put the new one using the reverse procedure. First you line up the little tab with the notch on the bottom of the memory stick. Push it in as far as it will go, then push down to engage the two clips. Put the cover back on and there you go! Some computers have the memory under the keyboard. This is a bit harder, as you first must remove the keyboard using the screws on the bottom of the machine (if this is what it has). Some computers don't have keyboards held on by screws on the bottom. But this is a whole other matter. Good luck. var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_4011cf9c83564634a58f25499e8b493c(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); } var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_77b434b88287490dbba5cf94edc21cb8(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); }
It's quite simple and doesn't need much illustration, just insert the memory card into a slot that looks like this, depending what your memory card looks like:

Hi there,
It's quite simple and doesn't need much illustration, just insert the memory card into a slot that looks like this, depending what your memory card looks like:
