Can you add 2-12 v 18 ah batteries in parallel to back up 2-12 volts 32 ah batteries?
I want to add a 2x12 volts 18 ah in series 2 my 2x12 volts 35 ah batteries in series. Will it make a difference if the AH does not match. Please if you ca help. Thanks!

Hi, you mustn't do that ,,, you can get excessive current flow and that will damage the battery in question
