Can you assist with an Electra Professional Attendant User phone? We have 5 of these phones in our office and 2 of the Multiline Telephones. Both of the multiline phones will ring with incoming calls but none of the Attendant User phones will ring. They ring if someone is paging you by extension or if setting the ringing volume you can hear the ring. It is just with incoming calls

Hello,all you need is a manual,just scroll through the manual below,the problem arouse from the settings,if you kindly study it,you will definitely see the ringer of the electra phone is set to silence.here is your user guide for the electra professional attendant user phone,
