First check the motor with 2jumper wires +/- the motor is bidirectional so check it switching contacts for up/down if it works clean your switches master driver first clean the contacts on the switch pins and the connectors contacts they must be shiny and tight fitting the master driver switch sends power to the others thats why this one first if it works then do the passengers to also if no results out of either the metal buttons on the copper arms inside the switch are covered in corrosion and can be cleaned with 4/0steel wool and alcohol all the switches have those metal contact buttons there are 2 copper arms with buttons for each switch when you push it towards the dash the windows go up and towards the back they go down don't bend those arms to much the left rear and right front need to make contact at the same time for it to work ok so test it before you put it back in by sight left rear right front/// right rear left front that's how the circuit is completed

Could be any of those.
Could also be the wiring,
the connectors,
or it could be the fuse.?
If you don't know what you're doing take it to the shop or an auto-electrician.
That what these things were invented for.?
