k-akima, I think that link is for the wrong battery. I have a DVR 850W and the battery is 3.7V 860mAh. The battery in your link is 3.6V 650mAh. Problem #t4402806 on FixYa says the camera actually needs a battery with 3.7V 1000mAh. I can't find a source of that size battery.k-akima, I think that link is for the wrong battery. Sorry. That was the link Batteries+ gave for the Vivitar DVR 850W. You can try contacting them or another battery vendor to see fi they have anything with a higher capacity. (I don't think the voltage difference makes any difference, but as I don't have one of these camcorders I can't be sure.)Sorry. That was the link Batteries+ gave for the Vivitar DVR 850W.
