The brace that secures the top of the altenator has an adjustment screw located on the side nearest to the firewall. Loosen the pivot bolt ( the one that holds the top side of the alternator in place) and set the tension using the adjusting bolt and the tighten the pivot bolt back. If the belt "squeals" when you start the engine you may want to back the belt tension down just a bit or you may risk breaking the belt while driving. Let me know if this helps.
