It's '0000' (four zeros). If you need further informations on how to pair it with your phone, starting with it turned off, press and hold the call/end button (as if you were turning it on) but now don't release it until the indicator light is alternately flashing in red and blue (some 8 seconds). It is in pairing mode now. It will be kept in pairing mode for a couple of minutes. Within that peirod, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode (indicatior light flashing in blue). By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location. Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon. Otherwise, please, let me know if I can help you out any further. Regards, Carlos
