Hi i hope you can help me please, my clothes are still really wet after a wash cyle, i tried using the spin cycle after but they are still just as wet(there isnt any water left in the machine, i havnt over filled it and it isnt a blocked filter!) do you have any idea what the problem could be, thanks zania
