I have cleaned every part of fluff out, then checked the blower is free turning,then removed the rear case to access the heater. on the top of the heater box is two thermisters? i checked that there is power going to the heater.The one on the right measured 66 with the meter set to 200 ohms. the other one had no reading, i assume this is causing the problem. the two are fixed into the heater box and do not look like you can replace without replacing the whole heater box assembly. i looked at a service guide for this model and it showed a NTC probe ( part number 40003258 ) but i could not find this anywhere in the drier.... any ideas please?
