Hi, i have been using Avaya for the past 6 months. I have faced similar problems. May be you can try connecting the phone in place of another IP phone and check if the problem persists. This can isolate the problem whether it is with the phone or the network. If it's the phone, you have to look around for where it can be serviced, or better still get a new one and if it is the network, simply contact the network provider..
