Cannot connect to PC
Hi,
I had connected my Zoom to my computer via USB and when I tried to delete the files by dragging them to the trash on my mac, the computer froze up and I had to manually power down. Now when I try to connect the zoom to the mac via USB, nothing happens beyond the "please wait" comment.
How can I fix this?

if you are using a Mac running Leopard (Sys 10.5), you need to upgrade the H4 firmware from Zoom website

You will need an external SD card reader.

Do you have an SD slot in your mac? plug the sd card there and see if it works. Erase manually the files (leave the system files) and try again with the H4. Luck
