Cannot get a tight seal between the inlet and bottom of the cistern. Seems like the length of the pipe that fits over the inlet pipe is to long and not able to get a decent seal so when the water is turned on water leaks from the seal. Do I need to cut off some of the pipe? I have installed this product into another toilet within the house with success
