CANNOT GET INTO THE MEMORY CLEAR SCREEN OF XEROX WORKCENTER M15
HAVE FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS IN THE USER/REPAIR MANUAL THROUGH THE MENU/EXIT THEN #1934 BUT CANNOT GET INTO THE MEMORY CLEAR LCD DISPLAY. IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE OR IS MY COPIER CONSOLE DEFECTIVE.

Once you press menu #1934 you have to then press the machine status button then scroll to maintenance, then scroll to clear memory. Once you do that repeat entering the tech mode, press machine status, maintenance and perform a shading adjustment with 5 pieces of paper on the glass, that will recalibrate the scanner.
