If you've already tried to reset it- by pressing all buttons (center and the two volume buttons for longer than 10 seconds until the light turns steady blue, which is recommended in the manual), then try this: (I had the same problem, but got mine to work). On headset, close boom, hold center button (and it turns pink). then, while keeping center button depressed, open boom- light remains pink. Then look on phone, and hit Add new device-- and bingo, it should be recognized now!! You'll be asked if u want to pair w/ Motorola-- and led through the process--follow those steps.
I had tried similar earlier, but the trick was to keep the button depressed, and then open the boom. I can't quite remember if I kept button depresed until I also pressed Add new device on phone or just until after opening the boom and the light stayed on ... Sorry I can't be exact; I was too excited. Hope this helps you get yours working!
