Cannot get my voicemails due to "multiple logins" on my extension
When I try to retrieve my VM messages, there is a recording that says that:
"you cannot get your messages now due to multiple logins to your mailbox
please disconnect".
I do not know what the recording means nor can I fix it.
Can anybody suggest a solution? It would be very much appreciated.

Try to unplug the unit and leave it no power supply overnight in order the residual charge in the component parts is gone. The idea is to erase the memory stored in EPROM. Then after the overnight,then replug again the unit.

How many phone do you have set to use your VM ?
give an overview of your full connection / setup starting from the phone
like what devices to you have in there
complete power down for 15min and turn in on.
just unplug your phone
