My mother Jaqueline Jacobs bought this from ShopNBC on 01/29/2009 for my birthday. It worked for a yearand a few months. Recently tried to update device through Navigon Fresh and now cannot reset my GPS. I used a paper clip and held it in the reset hole for 10 seconds and it still will not reset.For $160.00 this product should have lasted longer.
