This could indicate network error, an error reading from CD Rom or problem with this package." Even tried cleaning NEW Disc to no avail!

First, verify the system requirements of the Photo Explosion Deluxe. The OS and the system type of your computer could not be supported by the program.
Second, if the OS and system type of your computer is supported, try to install the disc into another computer. Make sure that the computer is supported. If the "Data1.cab", runs, then the problem has something to do with your DVD drive/writer.
But if the same problem occur on different computer, then you may want to contact the reseller because the file is really corrupted. And it's not your fault.
Is there any possibility of you borrowing a DVD/CD RW DRIVE, installing it on your computer and testing it with the Photo Explosion Deluxe?
It might be that the laser (lens) of your computer's CD drive cannot read or completely load the Photo Explosion Deluxe disc. A bad disc drive can cause computer to display error messages. So, I'm suspecting the disc drive of your computer.
I am not saying that your CD drive is completely bad, but it must have depreciated in speed or activity.
Or, you can simply test the disc on a friends computer running win 7 64 bit.
in that case, it has to be a problem from your windows 7.
To further confirm, try to install the program on a windows vista or win xp computer. If it shows error, it means the problem is from the disc.
But if it installs, then the problem is from your windows 7. If problem is from win 7, there is nothing that can be done to fix the problem.
Good luck.Hello, in that case, it has to be a problem from your windows 7. To further confirm, try to install the program on a windows vista or win xp computer.
