Cannot register my product,it tells me serial number invalid
When i enter my details for the 405 it tells me the serial number (which is printed on the bottom of the 405) cao73549588 is invalid. I have tried different combinations but to no avail.It will accept the product key etc. I cannot use the the dvr station which i bought, for recording without the software, but i can't get the software till i register my 405
